Immigrant's death shows tensions in N.Y. town

In this article, we see that there is a lot of immigration tenision. A 37 year old man was killed by a stab to the chest by seven roudy boys that go and harass immigrants for fun. one of the seven said that he didnt do it very often, maybe once a week! the 37 year old man was an immigrant from Ecuador and the funeral service was held in Equador. the governer said that people tend to think that they are better than someone else. the boy that stabbed the immigrant is facing 25 years, a life sentance, for second degree muder as a hate crime and manslaughter the other six boys are facing 5-25 years if they get convicted for the most serious crimes. the boys that attacked Lucero were 17 years old and younger.

that would suck if you had to spend your whole life from the age of 17 years in the slammer. but dont do the crime if you cant do the time. these boys deserve a life sentance especially the one that stabbed the man to death. immigration tension is already high in some areas. it is just making it worse when some stupid teens have to be violent. we need to work for a stronger connection. many immigrants were being harassed in that area but none of them would speak up because they didnt want to get asked for their papers and get deported, so no one was ever doing anything to stop the harassment so the boys thought they could and would get away with it. illegal immigrants should not be able to stay here. if they want to make money in the US then they should have to be citizens like everyone else here. come here the legal way. then no tension will be built because they have every right to be here as we do. even though the one boy didnt tell the others that he stabbed Lucero, they should still get a lenghy prison stay because they aided him in murder the one boy couldnt have killed Lucero by himself.
