This article is about a man who killed his six year old daughter. he asked her to bring him his gun and "accidently" pulled the triggered and she dropped dead. but.. he was taking double shots of vodka when he was cleaning the guns. his attourney asked for the father to be released from jail because he is not a threat to the community and also will not run away.
i think that the fater should be charged with manslaughter. he was irresponsibly drinking around his 6 year old daughter and under the influence of alcohol! what good parent would do either of them around a 6 year old, let alone one of them. this man should be jailed for a life sentance. irresponisbilty with alcohol and fire arms, especially one ending in the death of a 6 year old, should not go unpunished. yes, he is sad and feels bad about it. but that kind of an accident will ruin the familys lives as well as all of the people that knew the young girl. lock the prison gates and dont let him out.
